How much will it cost to plate my item?
This depends on the size of the item, what condition it is in prior to plating, and what kind of plating you require.

Do you use real gold?
Yes. We use 24ct gold solution supplied by a reputable company.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We can do one-offs and small to high volumes. We normally limit high volumes to smaller items. Please contact us for details.

I only have one small item to plate, do you have a minimum order charge?
Yes, our minimum order charge is £15 plus P&P.

How long will it take to get my item back?
We aim to get an item back to no later than 10 working days after receipt. If we forsee a delay we will contact you as soon as possible.

Are there any items that you cannot plate?
We cannot plate non-conductive materials such as glass, plastic, wood, etc. However, if the non-conductive base already has an existing metallic coating, it can sometimes be plated.

Which payment options do you accept?
Currently we accept Cheques, Postal Orders or PayPal. We do not accept card payments at this time.
